These Terms and Conditions govern for your use from our website www.giftsandgums.com. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

General Information:
Gifts & Gums is an online gift store, offering a wide range of products including gifts, gums (chocolates), and toys for all Celebrations. We aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service at lowest cost possible.
Registration:
To place an order from our website, you need to provide minimum required details to us. These details will be shared to in-house customer delivery team for smooth and hassle free delivery.
Payment and Prices:
All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees. Currently we accept payment through Cash on Delivery mode via Cash or UPI. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
Rules for delivery:
Delivery Timings:
For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 5 pm on the same day. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day.
We do not guarantee any timed delivery, our regular delivery timings are between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush hours, the order cancelation would not be possible in such circumstances
Gifts & Gums will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.
2. Recipient not available.
3. Premises locked.
4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
Substitution Policy
occasionally, substitutions of Gifts are necessary due to temporary unavailability issues. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, our experienced team will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your Gift is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We, however, reserve the right to substitute the Gifts or other products with equal or higher value in case of none availability of the desired product.
Service Complaints:
Any complaint of delivered products will be considered within 24 hrs of the delivery. Customers need to report the issue to customer support channels via Calls/whatsapp or Emails.

Discounts:
All the discounts are decided by Gifts & Gums team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.
Returns policy:
We have a no-returns policy.
Cancellation Policy:
We have a strict no cancellation policy once an order has been placed on our website. This means that once you confirm your order, you are responsible for the full cost of the gift and no amount will be refunded in case of cancellation.
We understand that circumstances may arise that may prevent you from receiving the gift, but we are unable to make exceptions to our policy. In the event that you are unable to receive the gift, we recommend that you find someone else to receive it on your behalf.
Rules for Duplicate Orders:
If Gifts & Gums finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get it clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.
Dealing with Dishonest Customers:
If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.

Service policy:
We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.
Feedback policy:
Gifts & Gums objective is to provide the best service and quality products, and to ensure the same we might contact the receiver seeking the feedback.

Client Privacy policy:
Gifts & Gums never asks for any of your personal bank details. Please do not share your personal bank details like Card Number/Pin/CVV/OTP/Card Expiry Date/UPI Pin, over Phone/Mail/SMS to anyone.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Changes to Terms:
Gifts & Gums may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

X
